"In order to be the change we wish to see in the world, I believe we must develop an open mind & heart, a spirit of goodwill, & a wild imagination.  We also need to motivate others to better understand the forces that impact their lives, create goals based on their values and beliefs, & take action to become more self-reliant.  Finally, we must encourage everyone to be good stewards & share their time, talent, insight, and resources in ways that develop transformative relationships & create opportunities for building inclusive, restorative, sustainable, & creative communities."
